White Chocolate Chip Cookies


I bought some White Chocolate Chips from Pangea: The Vegan Store. I used Isa's Chocolate Chip Cookies I posted earlier.

I also bought some Teese and I plan on making a vegan pizza later tonight.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  • Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets
  • Mix together sugars, oil, milk and tapioca in a mixing bowl (mix very well)
  • Add vanilla extract
  • Add flour, soda and mix until well incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Rolls cooks into a ball by hand and flatten out on baking sheet
  • Bake cookies for 6 mins if small cookies and 8 mins if larger cookies
